Returns Policy

If you've received a faulty pair, we'll cover the shipping costs for the exchange.

However if you're exchanging or returning your shoes because you'd like a different size, colour, or style, you'll just need to cover the shipping costs for collection and delivery.

If the return is...

Within 7 days of receiving your shoes, you can return them for a refund or an exchange.
Within 14 days of receiving your shoes, you can return them for an exchange only.
After 14 days, we can't accept returns or exchanges.

All returned shoes are checked once we receive them. Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once we've confirmed the shoes are unworn and in their original condition.
